I hope this message finds you all in great spirits! I wanted to take a moment to update you on our shipping situation and express my heartfelt gratitude for your patience and understanding during this time.
As many of you know, Cheryl has been out for a couple of months, which has resulted in some unexpected delays. However, I want to assure you that I’m here, working diligently to process your orders as quickly as possible. I’ve been busy loading all the gorgeous designs into our system and dyeing beautiful wool to send out with your kits.
For those of you who ordered special dyed wool, please keep in mind that this process typically takes about 5-7 days, especially when we’re running low. But I have good news: we’ve just restocked all our Wool’s and patterns, and your orders are going out today!
Thank you all for standing by us these past couple of months. Your support means the world to us, and rest assured, we’re back up and running at full speed!
